ODG was involved in the complete refurbishment and upgrade of Elite International School’s new training campus located in Newmarket.  The brief was to reflect a modern and fresh working environment for student facilities, training rooms, tutor offices and a fully equipped day spa for client treatments.  The 30 year old three storey building required an upgrade throughout of all building services to accommodate the new training school.  In the new entrance area a water feature was custom designed, along with new floor finishes, a modern reception counter and waiting area all adding to the spa feel.  The use of textured wall coverings, upholstered bench seating, contrast floor finishes and wallpaper in the day spa created a tranquil atmosphere and an overall relaxation ‘spa’ experience.

ODG designed & managed the new fitout for Elite International Mairangi Bay.  Our brief was to create a new school campus, comprising of training rooms, specialized wet/dry areas for day spa treatments while providing a professional, contemporary environment throughout.
