Starting with a blank canvas, ODG’s brief was to create a vibrant concept to enhance the ‘Sliced & Diced’ cooking experience.  Bulkheads were custom designed to reduce the double height space over the cooking stations creating two separate work areas.  Installation of two different floor finishes defined the parameter between the greeting space and the work area, the concept intended to give new customers an opportunity to enjoy the atmosphere before being allocated a cooking station.  Coloured lighting, fabric, mirrors and bold graphics were used to enhance the bright ambience of the business’s vibrant image.
